About EMDR
EMDR has been hailed as the most important method to emerge in psychotherapy in decades, and is successfully used to treat PTSD and other complex psychological problems including depression, phobias, recurrent nightmares, and long-standing grief.

The most recent rigorously controlled studies have shown that 84-90% of single-trauma participants no longer have PTSD symptoms after only three EMDR sessions.
